First Time Experience

If I remember correctly, this was my first trip to Billboard Bangkok and also my first trip to Nana Plaza. I had been in the city center to meet a good friend and a fellow Youtuber and blogger. I knew that Nana plaza was nearby and I was keen to go have a look. I was also keen to head to Billboard Bangkok as I had frequently seen several pictures posted on my social media feeds from Billboard Bangkok's management of the gogo-bar's very beautiful staff.

Hard to Say No
Arriving at Nana Plaza I knew that Billboard Bangkok was on the third floor of Nana Plaza. Knowing this, I knew that I would need to walk past several gogo bars to get to Billboard Bangkok. Naturally, the gogo bar girls would try to pull me into each bar. Instead of trying to argue with all the girls, I might as well pop in and have a look whilst I was there. Ten gogo bars later I arrived at Billboard Bangkok a little bit drunk.

Musical Chairs
On arriving, and stepping inside, it was clear that Billboard Bangkok is one of the larger gogo bars in Nana Plaza. There were about thirty or forty dancers in the bar. There weren't many free seats as it was quite busy with customers. At this point I found that I was unable to see the girls clearly. I wanted to choose one or two of the girls to barfine. However, I have quite bad eyesight, especially in the dark gogo bars. I asked the staff if I could change seats. Unfortunately, there are three separate dancing areas. Sitting at one for a short time I didn't see any girls that I particularly liked, or at least, I wanted to have a look at the other dancing areas to compare the dancers and pick the most beautiful one. I asked the staff if I could change seats again. The staff seemed a little unhappy with my constant moving around. I was quite drunk now and decided I wouldn't ask the staff again as I didn't want to annoy them. I decided to move by myself and took my drinks bill with me.

The Customer is Always..
It was at this point that one of the bar staff approached me and told me to pay my bin. I told her that I didn't want to "check bin" at that point and I just wanted to change seats so I could get a better view of the girls. She was quite angry and refused to let me change seats. She told me that I had to pay my bin immediately. This made me very pissed off and I wanted to throw the bin in anger. I controlled myself and decided to pay my bin and leave. The bill was only the price of one drink, I handed the bar staff behind the bar 500 baht and left telling them I didn't want their change. This was me trying to show the woman who annoyed me that I had lots of money and I she wouldn't be getting any of it. Before leaving I made sure to tell her, several times, that I thought she was "fucking shit".

In retrospect, it was probably understandable that the bar staff wanted me to sit down and not walk around so much. The bar was very busy and it would be easy for the staff to lose track of a customer and perhaps the customer could throw away their bin and not pay it. However, I had experienced in other gogo bars that they let me walk around. Also, it was the way that the staff member had talked to me, if she had spoken nicely or smiled and had not asked me to pay my bin at that moment I would not have left. Whilst leaving I was feeling that I should not have gotten angry with the bar staff as I wanted to have a good relationship with the Billboard Bangkok management. The management had told me previously that they would allow me to shoot some video footage and take pictures of the bar staff for GoGoHopping.com but I was very angry, and drunk, and I was found it difficult to control myself.

Another reason that I wanted to walk around the bar was to have a good look at the dancers working that night. upon entering and siting down, I was unable to see any of the bar girls whose pictures had been shared on the Billboard Bangkok's social media pages. From the girls working that night, many were quite beautiful but I was keen to barfine some of the girls that I had seen on the Billboard Bangkok's Facebook page. At this point I wondered whether the pictures were old pictures and none of the girls worked at Billboard Bangkok these days. This would mean it was even better for me to be on good terms with the Billboard Bangkok management as they would probably allow me to come back and take updated pictures and videos of the bar staff working there.

I'm Clearly Wasted
I left the bar and headed over to another bar, next door. The girls sitting outside tried to get me to go into their gogo bar. I tried to tell them I was angry and tell them why I was angry. It was clear now that I was really drunk and that they weren't comfortable discussing why I was angry. Also, They probably didn't understand and didn't want to get involved with any trouble. They changed their mind about inviting me into the bar and just let me continue on my way. I headed to several other gogo bars and had a few drinks. I tried to forget that I was angry to avoid making any other bar girls uncomfortable.

Whilst drinking and chatting with the girls in the other gogo bars, I decided that I should head back to Billboard Bangkok and try again. I also felt that it could cause some trouble considering the way I acted before I left. However, I was still pretty drunk and thought that I might as well give it a try. I imagined that the bar staff member that was rude might not even notice me there as it was so busy. I headed back the Billboard Bangkok and sat down. I asked two girls to come sit with me and bought them some drinks. We discussed barfining them both for 3000 baht each for short-time, plus 800 bhat barfine for each. I paid my bills and we left. There were short-time rooms nearby that cost 500 baht for 30 minutes. The girls were really great and I really enjoyed our time together. I forgot about the bad experience I had had with the angry member of staff. An additional bonus was that I felt like by barfining these two girls that it would keep me in good terms with Billboard Bangkok management should anything be said if I went back to take pictures or shoot a video.

All's Well That Ends Well
What started as a bad experience, worked out to be an great experience in the end. The girls were really great and made me very happy for the short-time we were together. They even let me take a picture (above) as a keep sake. I knew then that I would be looking to barfine them again at the next available opportunity. I am pleased that my experience with Billboard Bangkok ended well on that occasion. For the next 24 hours I was just thinking about the great time I had with the girls and I was busy making plans to go and visit Billboard Bangkok again.

The Second Visit

The next day, having had such a great end to the night before, I headed into Bangkok city center to meet the YouTube vlogger I had met the night before. I also had the plan to head to Billboard Bangkok to see if I could meet the girls I had met the night before. Arriving at Nana Plaza I made the expensive decision, again, to go to almost every single lady bar and buy drinks for several gogo girls and staff before heading to Billboard Bangkok. A few hours later, drunk and with a much lighter wallet, I headed to Billboard Bangkok to look for the girls I had met the night before. Taking other girls was also an option, the most important thing was that they should be very beautiful. Taking two girls was also my preferred choice. Recently I had found that the girls work harder when you barfine more than one at a time.

On My Best Behavior
Arriving at the bar, I tried to have a look around before siting down. I didn't want to get in trouble as I had the day before. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the girls that I wanted to barfine. From the girls on the floor, there were a couple that I thought were more my type. I sat down close to them so I could get a better look. I waited a while eyeing up the girls and trying to decide which of the girls were the most beautiful before making my decision. However, I also felt that I needed to choose quickly before someone else decided to barfine the girls that I preferred. I was also stalling to give see if the girls that I had barfined the day before would magically appear dancing on stage after some time.
